Miss Sturgis and the Girls of Sturgis Bike Week
We would like to invite you to participate in an exciting, new promotion.
This year Sturgis Bike Week is going about the Miss Sturgis promotion in a whole new way. This year sponsors may participate! We are holding a 3 month long, online and radio, people's
choice competition. The winner will be Miss Sturgis-August and the eleven runner ups will be the remaining eleven months of the Girls of Sturgis Bike Week Calendar. We will include 12 sponsors that will sponsor their month of choice, first come, first serve. 10,000, 12” x 12” calendars will be produced and the calendars will be FREE! Distribution of calendars will be at Thunder Road, calendar sponsor locations, bike shows and live remotes.
What you as a sponsor get when you sponsor a girl/month...
-A3"X10" banner ad, which may include a coupon, across the bottom of your month’s picture (12"x12" calendar)
-Inclusion of your event dates on any and all of the calendar pages
-Sponsor has the opportunity to be mentioned anytime their month’s lady is announced on stage at Thunder Road and Rock'n the Rally or any other appearances
-Sponsor will be mentioned everytime the ladies talk on the radio doing live remotes from Thunder Road and various locations around the Hills before and during the rally
-Sponsor has a button ad on the Miss Sturgis website that links to their website and will remain on the website until September 1, 2009
-Sponsor has the use of their month’s lady for one promotion on their property, to be negotiated with her. All other promotions are at her discretion and reimbursement is between her and the months’s sponsor
-Sponsor logo is included on the Girls of Sturgis Bike Week, 2 page spread in the “Sturgis Rally News Magazine” 2008. Over 100,000 free magazines are distributed and available across the United States as well as in locations around the Black Hills, during Sturgis Bike Week
-Your month’s lady will be permitted to distribute your merchandise from the Thunder Road stage during the 6 Thunder Road autograph sessions.
-Endless exposure during the rally....the ladies will be traveling around the hills and stationed in front of the Sturgis Bike Week store on Main St. during the rally, autographing calendars as
well as at 6 scheduled times at Thunder Road.
-Mention of sponsorship in Sturgis Bike Week E-Newsletter that in turn gets forwarded to 50 different industry websites and publications. There are 40,000 subscribers to the Sturgis Bike
Week E-newsletter.
-Sponsors logo on Girls of Sturgis banner that hangs by the ladies when they are signing autographs at Thunder Road.
-There are 7 radio stations at Thunder Road during the rally. Sponsor may utilize these remotes to make announcements during the rally.
-Sponsor will get 200 calendars to distribute at their own discretion
Cost of sponsorship $2,000
Additional calendars may be purchased at $3.00 per calendar. Orders must be placed at time of sponsorship commitment.
